LimeRoads charter is to play a leading role within the value/masstige segment of the Indian lifestyle/fashion space. The Company has served 17m buyers in online fashion illustratively this is >10% of the buyers served by Reliance across all its categories online and offline across all segments.
The value segment defined as mass ( 0 299) plus masstige ( 300 899) accounts for 77% of lifestyle retail and is the fastest growing segment in India with online expected to grow 5x over the next 5 years. LimeRoad s core promise is to deliver freshness of stylesmeetsqualitymeetsprice in Tier 2/3 cities. Offline players like Trent ($6bn listed entity) ABFRLs Pantaloons and Reliance Trendz (unlisted) play in this value/masstige segment. Only 8% of this segment is online whereas 25% of the Indian premium segment is already online. Online players Nykaa Myntra and Ajio focus on the premium (> 1200 asp) while Flipkart and Meesho fight it out in the lowest mass segments < 299).
LR has built a unique platform that has national labels/ manufacturers with highquality value merchandise on the supply side content and algodriven curated feed on the demand side and supplemented by an intelligent awardwinning dynamically optimizing network on the logistics side (Economic Times best supply chain of the year award). The Company has its own proprietary tech stack that delivers the fastest web speeds and is also the lightest app in the country.
LimeRoad has partnered with VMart the most unique online offline partnership in the value segment in India. VMart is a 6000cr market cap listed entity with a stock price that has grown 14x since the IPO. LimeRoad is now a whollyowned business unit of VMart. The deal when announced to the market on the 17th Oct 22 was met with strong positivity adding 10% within 2 days to the valuation displaying strong signals of support from the public markets. LimeRoad together with VMart will together drive the vision to create the #1 Value Fashion Omniretailer for Bharat.
The combined entity has access to over 50 million buyers across India and with 244 Million visits presence across 250 cities in pan India selling 1cr units of apparel annually. With synergies the companies plan to achieve 6800 crores of revenue within 5 years at continued levels of highly positive EBITDA.

Job Description :
1. Ensuring endtoend operations for multiple lastmile networks.
2. Should have team handling skills and be able to track actions/targets.
3. Work with the Product/Technology team to optimize performance and process excellence and drive new initiatives for continuous improvement.
4. Define and monitor the key metrics like FASR / Breach / NDR and RTO with respective 3PL networks to drive necessary actions.
5. Monitor the fraudulent transactions across the networks and take necessary actions to ensure growth as per compliance and norms.
6. Should be able to analyze the data and develop/scale new networks to attain optimum supply chain health.
7. Able to analyze data via SQL queries and able to access databases as and when required Should have good command in MS Excel Powerpoint docs and Google Sheets.
8. Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize actions.
9. 3 5 years of experience ecommerce logistics domain.
