Healthcare system located in the western part of Alaska is seeking a full-time, permanent Learning and Development Manager $15-20k relocation assistance, 30 days complimentary housing, 6-7% retention bonus, and great benefits!

Pay range: $90,000-120,000/annually

Learning and Development Manager Summary:

• Identify the future needs of the hospital staffing and develop strategies to address those
  
• Identify job seekers using a full range of recruitment tactics and resources, maintaining a focus on Native Hire
  
• Continually reduce, track, report on, and reduce cost/hire and time to hire performance of the
  
• Permanent position
  
• Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM
  

Learning and Development Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is
  
• At least 5 years of direct Learning and Development experience required with healthcare strongly preferred
  
• At least 2 years direct management/supervisory experience required
  
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
