- Acquisition of new customers & projects to grow sales funnel & maximize profitability while maintaining strong relationships with key project stakeholders.
- Develop Lafarge’s upstream engagement to expand the VAPS portfolio and grow its chances for commercialization.
- Develop & implement a structured project management mechanism (PMM) across the LCP portfolio to leverage customer experience, improve cost control & maintain profitability indicators.
- Design & circulate the RMX strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence in the market with highest profitability & optimized costs.
- Build & develop an LCP team to manage and implement the LCP diversified scope.
