- Prepare detailed design drawings, plans, and specifications using Revit BIM software.
- BIM Revit Expertise: Apply advanced skills in BIM Revit software to develop 3D models, construction documents, and project deliverables. Ensure the effective integration of BIM workflows into the landscape design process.
- Design Development: Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, including architects, engineers, and other professionals, to contribute landscape expertise to overall project success.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
- 5-10 years of relevant professional experience in landscape architecture.
- Proficiency in BIM Revit software is a must.
- Experience using Civil 3D is preferred.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing diverse projects and creative solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of landscape design principles.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
