The Laboratory Manager is responsible for reviewing and implementing changes in policies procedures and standards related to various aspects of quality control in the food production industry. This role involves overseeing laboratory operations managing quality control resources coordinating laboratory activities and ensuring compliance with ISO standards and quality regulations.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Chemistry Microbiology Food Science or related field
- Masters or Doctorate in Microbiology is desirable
- 58 years of experience in a similar role in the food or pharmaceutical industry
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field. 2. Proven experience in optimizing manufacturing processes and reducing operational costs. 3. Knowledge of quality and safety standards in food production. 4. Strong leadership and decision-making skills. 5. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. 6. Fluent in both English and Spanish.
