JD:
- 10 yrs of experience overall with 3yrs of exp in APIM/KONG
- Define high level Architecture/Topology Diagram for a Kong implementation
- Experience in Kong platform setup on Azure/AWS
- Strong knowledge on API Management and Integration Architecture
- Provide Architecture consulting and support on
- API COE and API Governance implementation
- Work with Security team to establish/align the API Security standards
- Kong Platform operations and maintenance
- API Foundational components definition and design
- Proficient in developing and designing APIs in Kong
- Strong handson experience in Kong.
- Publishing and documenting APIs on Kong Developer Portal
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Should possess a good understanding of:
- Docker Kubernetes
- Cloud technologies
- XML JSON Web Service technologies (SOAP REST).
- 1way and 2way SSL implementation in Kong.
- Good understanding of Kong plugins (mediation security and traffic management policies)
- Oauth 2.0/OIDC Basic Auth JWT SSO implementation XML/JSON
- transformations logging policies Caching.
Nice to Have:
- Enterprise Integration Patterns
- Java OpenSSL Curl Networking Unix Shell scripting
