- Ensuring food is heated and served and set up before meals and the kitchen is organized after meals.
- Some dishwashing is involved; will be working with a lovely lady who does a lot of prep and clean up.
- Lunch is catered. Menus need to be selected, when necessary, in Hebrew.
- Weekly grocery orders need to be placed and light food prepared for breakfasts and dinners.
- Fluency in Hebrew and English is necessary, as is:
- Familiarity with food which is safe for geriatrics, or willingness to learn.
- Willingness to work with staff and carers to facilitate individual diets and meal times as necessary.
- Economical resource management is a plus, as is
