We are looking for an experienced and motivated Key Partner Manager to manage our important Marketplace global partners. You will be supporting our Partners like (OTAs Portals Service Providers Payment Providers etc.) with all necessary daily tasks. Prospecting new partners and creating a strong bond with our current ones helping them find the winwin desired scenario.

We collaborate closely with Sales Success Marketing RevOps Product R&D and other teams to reach our targets.

Were searching for a Partnership Key Partner Manager to join us. As a Key Partner Manager youll be a driving force behind the companys expansion and have the opportunity to make a massive impact on the team and the entire organization.

Description:

  • Supporting our existing Partnerships with growth projects and penetrating in different markets.
  • Create and manage development plans with Partners.
  • Leading CoAccion Campaigns with Partners & Clients.
  • Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with our Partners to ensure a successful and fruitful partnership.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of relationships with potential partners taking responsibility for the relationship throughout all stages.
  • Maximize revenues from Avantios partners by building a pipeline with each partner developing a GoToMarket strategy and continually motivating partners to drive business.
  • Uncover partners Growth Goals and proactively make sure the partner has what he needs to achieve their objectives.
  • Partner with the marketing team on partner comarketing and cosell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with our partner success team to ensure that the partnership is successfully launched among our customers.


What are we looking for

  • Experience in supporting Partnerships & Key Accounts.
  • Experience in Partnership Management/Success Management/Business Development.
  • Functionallevel understanding of how integrations work.
  • Team player who is flexible precise curious and interested in technology.
  • A high English level is a must Spanish is an advantage other languages are beneficial.
  • Ability to build trust & engagement.
  • Willingness to learn.
  • Strong relationshipbuilder initiator and outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to understand complex technology and explain it simply.
  • Excellent customerfacing and projectmanagement skills.
  • An analytical and logical approach to managing projects and priorities.
  • Business mindset with great commercial understanding and ability to confidently negotiate and influence.
  • Collaborative approach and comfortable working in a dynamic team environment.
  • Have a gogetter attitude and walk through walls.

Useful:

  • Nice to have: Vacation Rental / PMS / Channel Manager Experience.
  • Knowledge of other languages is an advantage
