One of our strong business areas is Field Marketing and Field sales where we deliver highly integrated services and teams that are working in a very close partnership with our clients. To ensure their success in retail environment we are our customers extensions building relationship training coaching and anything else that can enhance the brand and product experience in the stores. As leaders in this business we are committed to delivering toptier solutions and results for our clients. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and seasoned Key Account Managerto become an integral part of our dynamic team.

In this role as a Key Account Manager you will not only be responsible for the client(s) their satisfaction and the results generated. You will also be the manager of the team leaders and key personal in the teams delivering the services so a leadership experience is beneficial.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with key clients serving as the primary point of contact and building trust through exceptional service and support
  • Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives challenges and opportunities and develop our solutions to meet their needs
  • Drive strategic account planning and execution identifying growth opportunities and developing plans to expand our business with existing clients
  • Ensure the profitability of key accounts by effectively managing project scope timelines and budgets
  • Analyze account performance and provide insights to senior management on trends opportunities and areas for improvement
  • Lead regular account reviews with clients to assess performance address concerns and identify opportunities for valueadded services
  • Coach motivate and follow up the daily operations work managed by the teams.
  • Actively participate in strategic discussions to identify market trends competitive threats and opportunities for business expansion
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and drive account retention
  • Leverage industry knowledge and insights to position WorkShop as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our clients

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a similar key account management role within the creative or Field marketing industry
  • Strong client relationship management skills and experience building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • A bachelors degree in business in a bonus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams
  • Ability to understand client needs identify opportunities and develop solutions that drive value
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze data identify trends and provide actionable insights
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to lead crossfunctional teams and drive results
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite
  • Fluent in English
