Objective Build business by identifying prospects lead generation sales closures maintaining relationships with clients.

About the Role
  • Perform various lead generation activities to generate lead through visits calls & events
  • Identify business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their business requirements.
  • Target oriented candidate will be responsible to generate 35L business & 90 L revenue
  • Must be smart patience soft spoken with excellent communication
  • Maintains relationships with clients by providing support information and guidance.
  • Help customers maximize the use of software features.
  • Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending training.
  • Provide software training to our clients from time to time.

Knowledge
  • Must understand the market they are operating in.
  • Must have indepth product knowledge and the benefits it offers to customers.
  • Should have a good understanding of the Organizations policies and processes related to customers.
  • Should have good knowledge of MS Office and other similar productivity tools
  • Should have a fair understanding of the technology landscape.

Skills & Qualifications
  • Candidate must be Graduate or Postgraduate (preference to commerce graduate with good academic and working knowledge of Tally.ERP9)
  • Must have experience in sales
  • Excellent sales negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Good training/coaching/mentoring skills
  • Good planning and implementation skills
  • Good communication skills (Hindi and English)
  • Good presentation and documentation skills
  • Good decisionmaking skills
  • Ability to prepare MIS Reports with MSOffice (Word PowerPoint and Excel)
