Job Description

A.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target key accounts and centers treat the designated disease proposing an action plan to introduce Multicare's product
  • Act as patient educator as needed to ensure compliance to regimen and accordingly effective outcome
  • Create and support existing patients advocacy group to explain the disease awareness and sup[porting them to adhere to the prescribing information
  • Develop strategies to develop selected HCPs as Key Opinion Leaders depending on their specific interests, enthusiasm for, or experience with Mutlicare’s products
  • Coordinate and develop a platform for different Advisory Boards according to strategic directions of the company for selected therapeutic areas
  • Input and/or attendance at Continuous Medical Educational – CME programs and training
  • Act as a HUB of balanced medical information for HCPs and will be capable of issues management and addressing questions about safety of products based on available scientific data
  • Support formulary introduction with commercial account management team as appropriate
  • Plan filed activities in assigned territories to ensure all is aligned with the company’s strategies and overall direction
  • Review regularly and rigorously of the literature, developing presentations and assisting with publications and medical communications
  • Understand unmet needs in terms of educational activities and to where our products provide the greatest value for patients
  • Participate in scientific meetings and attend appropriate scientific congresses, standalones and conferences
  • Attend therapeutic area training sessions to maintain a current knowledge base and to develop competitive intelligence on other products in their therapeutic areas
  • Development of partnerships with investigators, opinion leaders and healthcare professionals scientific, evidence based communication and education
  • Scientific support to marketing teams and their programs
  • Provide scientific training for sales, marketing, or other internal personnel
  • Catch therapy trends and/or other developments in the specific therapeutic areas
  • Share feedback of external experts internally ("Voice of the customer")
  • Liaise with commercial team for needed scientific activities in key accounts
  • Deliver quality scientific presentations to customers (physicians, pharmacists, nurses, etc) as needed
  • Travel domestically within assigned region as appropriate to handle therapy areas AV related activities

Job Requirements

B.Qualification/Knowledge/Experience:

  • Level of education:Life Science graduates (Pharmacist/Vet/MD)
  • Experience :Previous experience of Pharmaceutical promotion of niche products or rare disease is a definite plus
  • Language:Reasonable English proficiency is mandated
  • IT Literacy :Basic knowledge of MS-Office

C.Competencies and Behaviors:

  • Possess a scientific qualification with significant medical/clinical experience
  • The ability to understand, process, communicate and present scientific information to a high standard
  • Possess excellent presentation skills
  • External customer focus with strong networking capabilities and integration with KOLs
  • Excellent influencing, networking, presentation and communication skills and a proven track record of team cross-functional team working
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt priorities according to business and strategic needs.
