Nous recherchons pour notre client un Juriste droit social bas(e) Nmes.
- Rmunration : Debrut annuel
- Les avantages : ticket restaurant prime intressement apport de client (10% des honoraires factur tout les mois) prime de bilan en juin 1j tltravail
- Contrat : CDI 35h modulable

DESCRIPTION DU POSTE
Voici vos missions :
- Conseil aux clients en matire de droit du travail et de protection sociale
- Rdaction de contrats de travail
- Procdures disciplinaires
- Ruptures des contrats de travail (licenciements rupture conventionnelle)
- Avances sur salaire et prts
- Rdaction daccords collectifs et de dcisions unilatrales de lemployeur
- Transactions
PROFIL RECHERCH
Vous tes titulaire dun diplme dau moins Bac 2 et justifiez dau moins une premire exprience en cabinet comptable.
