As a Junior Traffic and Forwarding Coordinator, your main responsibility will involve efficiently and effectively organizing the transportation of goods and materials between different locations.
Tasks
- Monitoring and managing land traffic activities
- Handling incidents related to damages and delays
- Strategizing collections and deliveries to optimize the fleet's operations
- Maintaining communication with both customers and suppliers
- Managing groupage, full-load, and partial-load shipments
- Overseeing administrative procedures
- Identifying and engaging with potential network providers for expansion
- Exploring business opportunities within the industry
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of demonstrated experience in administration, accounting, or a similar role
- Fluent in English and Spanish; proficiency in other languages will be considered a plus
- Knowledge of traffic management is advantageous
- Additional training in foreign and/or international trade is a valuable asset
