We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Jr. System Administrator to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning implementation and ongoing maintenance of our Windows server infrastructure.
Must Haves
Manage Windows and Linux server environments.
Monitor system performance and escalate to the corresponding department Provide basic customer support through ticketing system.
Carry out tasks under the supervision of mentor Identification of various server issues and act according to the guidelines.
Administer Active Directory including user account management group policies and domain services.
General knowledge of Networking Hardware software Proficient in Linux Good Knowledge on Web server Mail server DNS FTP SSH.
Configure or update the firewall rules and/or IPSec Policies.
Troubleshoot and management of virtual environment.
Management of the DHCP DNS servers.
Monitor and Perform data backups. Configure scheduled backups of the storage of the server system.
Maintains inventory of the parts and peripherals
Awareness of security best practices
