Junior Portfolio Manager 100 Bch SZ

On behalf of our client an independent asset manager in Bch SZ we are looking for a Junior Portfolio Manager to work with Senior Portfolio Managers in a Team.

Tasks

• Work with other Senior Portfolio Managers as a team
• Contribute to the monthly investment committee and its minutes
• Active implementation and monitoring of client portfolios
• Assist in the analysis of client portfolios to ensure they align with investment objectives risk tolerance and asset allocation strategies.
• Respond to specific client demands and investment proposals
• Implement trades based on the inhouse asset allocation views
• Execute buy and sell orders for securities and other financial instruments
• Verify the execution terms of our clients portfolios
• Participate in client meetings and presentations assisting in the development of investment strategies tailored to individual client needs.
• Prepare bespoke documents for clients (including market and performance attribution analysis)
• Write summaries of client visits
• Contribute to quarterly investment letter
• Contribute to Chief Compliance Officer duties related to portfolio management

Requirements

• Bachelor or equivalent and strong interest for markets
• 15 years of experience in portfolio management or middle office gained in a bank insurance company asset manager or hedge fund
• Sellside or buyside experience with competence in investment advisory or investment consulting
• Experience in trading options would be a plus
• Background in equity and/or fixedincome securities with an interest to learn
• Able to work independently by taking initiative and also being a fair team player
• Enjoy working in a small and demanding environment
• Strong organization skills multitasking capacity and ability to work under pressure
• Highly reliable and accurate with an eye for detail
• Dynamic and flexible personality
• Excellent presentation skills
• Ability to generate multiasset class investment ideas
• Efficient and proactive communication and writing skills in English. Any other language will be valued
• High level of confidentiality
• Good command of usual MS Office applications
• Command of Bloomberg tools
