Your responsibilities:

As a Junior DevOps Engineer you will focus on Infrastructure Engineering specifically on MultiCloud Kubernetes Infrastructure.

Youll have a team of strong professionals from different fields working with you contributing to a powerful scalable costefficient and highly available platform meeting the flexible needs of the service.

This is an excellent opportunity for you to hone your skills and grow into a skilled DevOps within a global team.

Some of your daily tasks include:

• Work alongside the team responsible for designing operating and supporting containerized multicloud hybrid cloud/onpremises runtime environments supporting Railigent products and services;
• Ensure the efficient and effective deployment of products;
• Run compute and data processing on onpremises environments;
• Define plan implement and operate automated infrastructure and processes at scale;
• Create and maintain IaaS (Infrastructure as a Service) environments onpremise as well as Cloud Platforms as a Service (PaaS) providers that meet SLAs;
• Support resource requirements for the Development Quality Assurance and Customer Value Realization teams enabling CI/CD pipelines according to compliance and best practice standards.

Who you are:

Musthaves:

• 1 years of experience leveraging your DevOps expertise by supporting distributed business applications in an enterprise environment;
• Experience working within an agile development context;
• Knowledge of Kubernetes Containers and Linux from a user perspective;
• Kubernetes experience especially in hybrid Kubernetes environments encompassing multicloud multiregion and onpremises deployments namely architecture strategy networking solutions and seamless integration across diverse platforms;
• The ability to adapt and optimize processes to enhance team productivity and develop pipelines ideally with containers CNCF Linux and OpenSource Ecosystems;
• Strong communication skills and collaboration spirit to work in a distributed team worldwide;
• Excellent English skills.

NicetoHaves:

• Automation tools proficiency such as Terraform CloudFormation Ansible and GitLab;
• Shell scripting (sh/bash);
• Experience in system automation for scalable environments;
• AWS Services such as EKS ECS EC2 VPC Lambda IAM;
• KCNA CKA and CKAD Certifications;
• Good German skills.
