Tasks

• Conduct KYC/CDD reviews for new and existing accounts ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations like CDB20 VQF Regulation and AML rules.
• Document accounts accurately including special considerations such as PEP status sanctions compliance and reputational risk.
• Serve as the point of contact for AML escalations regarding transaction monitoring and negative media screening.
• Investigate complex cases for potential compliance and reputational risks implementing necessary mitigating measures.
• Assist in suspicious activity reporting to MROS for timely and accurate submissions.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and German
• Resident in Switzerland
• 2 years PQE in the compliance field
• Completed legal degree and/or relevant compliance certification
