Overview:

As a Sales Executive in the IT sector in the 31202 area you will play a crucial role in identifying new business opportunities selling products/services and maintaining customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets while establishing strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the IT sector.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning and innovative sales techniques.
  • Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts and reports.
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends market activities and competitors.
  • Participate in pricing the solution/service.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Present promote and sell IT products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform costbenefit and needs analysis for clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals; handle and resolve customer complaints or objections.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients.
  • Travel to meet clients and attend events when necessary.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Executive in the IT sector.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise in the IT sector.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.
  • Excellent listening negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel and work in a fastpaced dynamic environment.
  • Experience in delivering clientfocused solutions based on customer needs.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Professional and goaloriented attitude.
  • Experience with industryspecific sales techniques and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
