Job Description
This is a remote position.
Our customer working in the IT industry is looking for a Java Technical Lead
Specialist will have to complete the background check process for that project. It can be initiated after onboarding.
Client is searching for Java Technical Lead to lead the the team of developers and help producing innovative solutions.
- Producing innovative and simple solutions to complex problems
- Leading the team of developers and helping resolve internal conflicts
Requirements
- Proven knowledge Java 8+, Spring, Spring boot, SQL and Linux
- Proven track record within a technical lead/architect role
- Ability to understand architectural and technical aspects of projects.
- Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
- Strong communication and customer facing skills.
Benefits
Special Note:
Maximum Hours per Week: 40
Consultant must be legally eligible to work as a contractor either as a citizen or work permit holder.
For Remote Position, consultants must have their own computing device and high speed internet connect at their work space.
Consultant must have their own VAT & TAX id to work with us as a contractor, alternatively he/she must be associated with a local umbrella company to work with us as a contractor.
