Job Title: Senior Java Developer

Experience: 6 to 15 Years

Job Responsibilities:

Software Development:

Design develop and maintain highquality Java applications.

Implement efficient and scalable code using best practices.

Microservices Development:

Architect design and implement microservicesbased solutions.

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate microservices into existing systems.

Technical Leadership:

Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers.

Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.

System Architecture:

Contribute to the architectural design and evolution of systems.

Ensure the scalability performance and security of Java applications.

Agile Development:

Work in an Agile development environment participating in sprint planning daily standups and retrospectives.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Troubleshooting and Debugging:

Diagnose and resolve issues bugs and performance bottlenecks.

Perform root cause analysis for production incidents.

Documentation:

Create and maintain technical documentation for developed applications and systems.

Continuous Learning:

Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in Java development.

Proactively enhance skills and knowledge to contribute to technology innovation.

Qualifications:

Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science or related field.

6 to 15 years of handson experience in Java development.

Skills:

Strong proficiency in Java and related technologies (Spring HibernateMicroservices etc.).

Experience with microservices architecture and design.

Knowledge of Kafka Cassendra

Familiarity with database systems (SQL NoSQL).

Excellent problemsolving and debugging skills.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Additional Requirements:

Experience in the financial industry (preferred).

Relevant certifications in Java or related technologies.
