IV&V Lead Consultant

LOCATION: Sacramento CA (Hybrid) 2 Days Onsite and 3 Days Remote

DURATION: 12 Months

NUMBER OF POSITIONS: 1

The Project will use the ServiceNow Platform as a Service product called Public Sector Digital Service as a primary platform to enhance systems and Application Programming Interface management will be using cloudnative applications on the Google Cloud Platform for data warehousing data visualization and data security.

Mandatory Qualifications:

1. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in providing IV&V services to federal state and/ or local government entities by performing a combination of one or more of the following tasks:

a. Observing and assessing tools artifacts and activities relating to design development coding testing databases and project management;

b. Assessment of business technical and enterprise architecture artifacts tools and environments;

c. Conducting risk and issue list reviews;

d. Performing System Requirements Evaluation;

e. Conducting System Test Assessments and Verification;

f. Developing IV&V monthly activity and task reports;

g. Performing traceability matrix analysis ensuring user stories and sprint testing is included in the analysis;

h. Performing User Story Story Points and backlog assessments on a monthly basis;

i. Conducting End to end integration testing assessments and verification;

j. Conducting UAT script development assessments and verification;

k. Conducting End to end functionality assessments and verification based on the approved process flows; and conducting Data Transformation Reconciliation and cleanup assessments.

2. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in working as IV&V or project oversight on a largescale software development project. (A Largescale Project is defined as a project with at least one thousand (1000) end users and a cost of at least one million dollars.)

3. Minimum of three (3) years experience of working on IT projects utilizing SDLC and or agile software development methodologies.

4. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in working on any one Platform as a Service (PaaS) or Software as a Service (SaaS) or Commercial OfftheShelf (COTS) IT projects.

5. Minimum of three (3) years of working knowledge in any one Platform as a Service (PaaS) or Software as a Service (SaaS) IT projects.

6. Minimum of three (3) years 1of experience with enterprise technologies large data conversions cloud services and maintenance and operations (M&O).

7. Certified as one of the following is a plus but not required: Project Management Institute Agile Certified Practitioner (PMIACP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM). The certificate must be active and not expired at the time of offer submission. Certification must be maintained during the term of the contract.
