Job Description:

Are you fluent in Italian and passionate about technology We are seeking a skilled Italianspeaking Customer Support Technical Advisor to join our team in Lisbon Portugal. This role offers the opportunity to provide technical assistance to customers while enjoying the vibrant culture of Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to Italianspeaking customers via phone email and chat channels.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues related to our products and services.
  • Guide customers through setup installation and configuration processes.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our systems.
  • Stay uptodate on product knowledge and technical skills through ongoing training.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in Italian with excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Italian.
  • Technical background or experience in IT support preferably in a customerfacing role.
  • Familiarity with computer hardware software operating systems and networking concepts.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
  • Customerfocused mindset with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
  • Flexibility to work onsite in Lisbon Portugal.
