Role Overview:

This role involves responding to and recording customer inquiries via phone ensuring accurate data entry addressing client complaints meeting servicelevel agreements for call resolution troubleshooting issues and offering recommendations for common problems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Coordinate outbound sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
• Present and sell company offerings using sales scripts and product knowledge.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Respond to customer inquiries providing accurate information.
• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications:

• C1/C2 proficiency in Italian B2/C1 proficiency in English
• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience Cold Calling Upselling
