Italian and Portuguese Customer Service

As a Customer Service for streaming channel you will be the first point of contact for customers to directly attend to their inquiries.

Responsibilities

• Assist viewers through phone chat and email regarding different queries.
• Provide account and application support to viewers namely with regard to software functionality
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting of system configurations and network settings.
• Provide accurate and realtime responses to the viewers inquiries
• Keep records of customer interactions or transactions recording details of inquiries complaints or comments as well as actions taken.

Your Profile

Proficiency level of Italian (C2)

Good level of Portuguese and English (B2)

Excellent communication skills coupled with empathy and team spirit

Previous experience in Customer Service or Sales is a plus

For nonEU residents it is mandatory to have a valid work permit
