IT Transformation Analyst

We are currently looking for (3) IT Transformation Analysts for one of our clients in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate projects and programs within the IT Transformation Function portfolio performing administrative duties.
Assist Transformation Managers in tasks such as building schedules resource coordination budget and invoice handling stakeholder meeting coordination and governance compliance for Major and Minor Projects.
Support the facilitation of project scope and prioritization maintaining visibility into the future project pipeline.
Validate hiring requests for new staff based on project prioritization and delivery needs.
Facilitate near realtime forecasting of resource capacity versus demand analyze and balance resource supply and demand to meet portfolio and delivery expectations.
Administer and manage resource capacity and allocation inputs for the portfolio/project intake process.
Collaborate with Transformation lead to oversee the intake process including administration in JIRA.
Develop crossfunctional resource plans for all projects and businessasusual initiatives for the assigned Line of Business (LOB).
Identify and address resourcerelated execution risks across all programs.
Provide Transformation Managers with reports for ongoing resource management and related support.
Administer the resource intake pipeline and maintain an active list for resource management.
Assist Resource Management lead in reviewing demand and fulfillment status with stakeholders regularly.
Collaborate with Transformation lead to consolidate reports from all delivery centers.
Handle financial/tempo reporting tasks including Tempo queries investigation of extracts and providing insights.

What you will need to succeed:

4 years of project support/coordination experience in an IT environment.
3 years of experience in the financial services industry.
Experience with supporting transformation projects.
Experience managing project financials cost models planned/actuals identifying variances invoice reconciliation.
Experience with Governance ensuring all artifacts are completed approved and accurate.
Understanding of Data Systems mining data from primary and secondary sources reorganizing the data in a format that can be easily comprehendible.
Ability to consolidate data from various source systems (in Excel) and synthesize to derive meaningful insights.
Preparing reports for leadership that effectively communicate trends patterns and predictions using relevant data.
Collaborate with line leaders to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
Proficiency in human resource management system and project management software (nice to have).
JIRA experience is an asset.
Able to multitask on multiple projects and tasks with contending priorities in a fastpaced environment.
