IT TRANSFER AGENT BUSINESS ANALYST (M/F/D)

About The Role

• Provide Project Management assistance.
  
• Provide functional expertise on TA applications (Multifonds Global Investor and TA satellites).
  
• Interact with the business/product and analyze their needs.
  
• Provide estimations and associated roadmap / project plan.
  
• Deliver the test strategy and ensure appropriate test cases definition.
  
• Test and control the changes and impacts associated with the project.
  
• Maintain strong relationships and ensure rigorous followup with vendors (Temenos) and the internal offshore development team in India.
  
• Provide qualitative solution design in line with IT standards.
  
• Organize and provide documentation related to the necessary processes/evolutions to enable the rollout in production.
  

About You

• At least 5 years of experience as Business Analyst in Funds Industry or Banking
  
• Technical/Operations experiences in Transfer Agency
  
• Exposure to fund processes (Migration In/Out merger new fund new shareclasses implementation)
  
• Strong knowledge on functional software as Multifonds TA eFront FIA
  
• IT expertise in software as Oracle SQL Server Unix Websphere TX MQ Java
  
• Mastering other tools/methodologies as Octane JIRA Agile Waterfall
  
• Fluent in English (French German and other languages are an important asset)
