JD as follows:
Expertise in VMWare horizon 7.x or 8.x Expertise in Azure 8.x Expertise in App Volumes 4.x ThinApp 5.x. Expertise in hardware Cisco UCS Expertise in Microsoft RDSH 23xx and working experience in workspace one.
Work on D2D operations of OnPrem VDI with no assistance packaging applications in AppDeloy ThinApp and RDSH. Incidents and requests to support EUC operations. work on documentation and KB creation for helpdesk help the team for migrating users to Horizon on Azure Work with team to document architectural operations on HCQA. Provide level 3 support for VDI issues to resolve.
