• Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.
  
• Assist in the customization and adaptation of existing programs to meet users requirements.
  
• Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the IT Systems to ensure continuity of work improvement.
  
• Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.
  
• Connect users to networks and provide initial training in facilities and applications.
  
• Administer e-mail and anti-virus systems.
  
• Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses.
  
• Install and configure wireless networking equipment.
  
• Support the day-to-day operations of a computer network.
  
• Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time, responding within agreed time limits to support tickets.
  

Requirements

• A bachelors degree in computer science, communications or computer engineering, or similar.
  
• From 1 to 3 year of experience in the same role.
  
• Good knowledge of CCNA, MCSA.
  
• Good command of Linux administration.
  
• Good command of Apache webserver, docker, docker compose.
  
• Familiarity with OpenSource techonologies and ecosystem.
  
• Can install any self hosted system on a cloud hosted environment according to the platform requirements and business needs.
  
• Hands on experience with Cloud Ops (Azure, and Azure Active directory).
  
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems. Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and installation.
  
• Hands-on experience with Windows Server and vSphere.
  
• Good command of the English Language
