Job Description
- Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.
- Assist in the customization and adaptation of existing programs to meet users requirements.
- Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the IT Systems to ensure continuity of work improvement.
- Ensuring data storage is safe and secure.
- Connect users to networks and provide initial training in facilities and applications.
- Administer e-mail and anti-virus systems.
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software, and software licenses.
- Install and configure wireless networking equipment.
- Support the day-to-day operations of a computer network.
- Prioritizing and managing many open cases at one time, responding within agreed time limits to support tickets.
Requirements
- A bachelors degree in computer science, communications or computer engineering, or similar.
- From 1 to 3 year of experience in the same role.
- Good knowledge of CCNA, MCSA.
- Good command of Linux administration.
- Good command of Apache webserver, docker, docker compose.
- Familiarity with OpenSource techonologies and ecosystem.
- Can install any self hosted system on a cloud hosted environment according to the platform requirements and business needs.
- Hands on experience with Cloud Ops (Azure, and Azure Active directory).
- Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis, and computer hardware/software systems. Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration, and installation.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server and vSphere.
- Good command of the English Language
- Good communication skills
- Intermediate analytical thinking
- Fluent business English is a must.
- Creative thinking skill
