Roles and Responsibilities:
Monitoring and managing all installed systems and infrastructure
Establish, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
Perform security remediation
Ensure compliance to Security Policies and Standards
Evaluate the existing systems and provide the technical direction to IT support staff.
Oversee the development of customized software and hardware requirement.
Plan and implement systems automation as required for better efficiency.
Formulate and design the security system in place to maintain data safety.
Oversee the constant availability of technical resources.
Maintain and supervise the inventory.
Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
Qualifications:
Diploma or Degree in IT/ Communications/ Electronics Engineering/ majoring network and systems communications technologies preferred.
Well-versed Active Directory, Windows Desktop Administration, Networking. CCNA/ CCNP/ MCSE are preferred.
Ability in implementation and design for Hyper-V environment preferred.
Capable to administer Microsoft 365 for Onboarding/ Offboarding processes, editing access rights policies and implementing controls preferred.
Must be willing to work onsite.
Able to work ad-hoc extended hours on Network/ Server Setup/ Migration during deployment projects.
Familiarity with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Teams is a clear advantage.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Certification in ITIL is preferred
Familiar with ISO 27001 requirements
