We are seeking a highly skilled IT Specialist proficient in managing servers Exchange servers and proficient in hardware and networking. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of handson experience in these domains ensuring seamless operations and efficient maintenance of our IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain server infrastructure to ensure optimal performance security and reliability.
- Oversee the installation configuration and troubleshooting of Exchange servers and associated systems.
- Handle hardware maintenance including troubleshooting and repairs as well as coordinating with vendors for equipment procurement.
- Maintain and administer networking infrastructure ensuring connectivity security and efficient data flow.
- Implement security protocols and procedures to safeguard data and systems integrity.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams regarding ITrelated issues.
- Collaborate with IT and crossfunctional teams to execute system upgrades and enhancements.
- Document system configurations changes and procedures for reference and training purposes.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in server management Exchange server administration hardware and networking.
- Proficiency in server operating systems (e.g. Windows Server Linux) and server virtualization technologies.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting Exchange servers and associated services (e.g. Exchange Online Office 365).
- Strong knowledge of hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
- Familiarity with networking concepts protocols and security measures.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate CCCNACCNP etc.) would be advantageous.
Requirements: Good communication & presentation skills 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in IT/ BPO/Telecom Graduate; Preferably B.Tech/BCA/MBA Team handling experience is added advantage
