IT Solution Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Build positive relationship with customer and conduct in-depth. analysis about customer needs/aspiration/budget in order to develop the suitable product for the customer.
• Create and execute proposal, quotation, agreement
• Conduct gross profit calculation, monitor deliverables and invoicing
• Conduct service evaluation (contract review, service deliverables, monitoring change in component service)
• Monitor ticket handling (service request) deliverables.
• Conduct internal and external discussion for project implementation and communicate it to BOD/DH/external parties

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Economy/Accounting/Mathematics/Information Technology or other related fields.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Business Analysis, Programming, or other related fields (highly preferable from Automotive)
• Experienced in documentation creation, such as for requirement documents, functional design, SIT, and UAT scenario & script.
• Experienced in creating reports and giving presentations.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English.
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Must be willing to work in East Jakarta, Indonesia.
• Proactive communication.
