- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the IT staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experiences, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT professionals for current and future job openings.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools to manage candidate data and streamline the recruitment process.
- Negotiate job offers and facilitate the onboarding process for selected candidates.
