Tasks

• A deep understanding of customers needs and the ability to adopt their point of view.
• Maintaining strong customer relationships through open communication.
• Preparation planning and supervision over the implementation of industrial IT projects.
• Ensuring timely highquality and budgetcompliant project delivery.
• Identifying and mitigating risks as well as making necessary changes to keep the project on track.
• Tracking and reporting project status both internally and externally.
• Conducting strategic business meetings involving travel when necessary.
• Inspire and lead the project team to take ownership at all levels. Create a culture of motivation and accountability.

Requirements

• Native German language
• 5 years of experience in successful project delivery for external clients using Waterfall/Scrum/Kanban methodologies
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English (C1/C2 level)
• Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira or Confluence Microsoft Teams and Office Suite
• Experience in managing several ongoing projects across multiple teams
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to align project objectives with overall business goals and contribute to strategic planning.
• Detailoriented with proven experience analyzing problemsolving and documenting complex business processes
• Will be plus to have project management certificates as PRINCE PMP Scrum Master Product Owner etc.

For this position we are looking for individuals who are based in Germany and can work on a hybrid model with 13 days in the office.

We are flexible about the number of days spent on site. We value the benefits of facetoface collaboration as we believe that facetoface meetings in the office play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
