IT Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

Based on the product vision and roadmap set by the Technical Product Manager (TPM), develop and manage detailed project schedule and work plan

Track project processes, deliverables & prepare regular status reports for stakeholders

Schedule and facilitate regular team meetings / agile ceremonies

Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint

Schedule ad hoc meetings as needed

Identify and help team unlock barrier to progress

Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy,

adjustments, and progress

Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project

execution

Work with TPM and product owner to handle backlogs and new requests

Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed

Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement

Note and track action items across the team from all meetings

Help team organize and manage team Jira board

Help maintain and update project documentation (Confluence, gDrive)

Partner with Technical Product Manager to ensure roadmap and backlog documentation

(both Jira and in slides) stay up to date

Support team leads (Data Lead, Tech Lead, Tech Lead, Enablement Lead, and TPM)

with project management needs

Coordinate with other project managers / BAs / scrum masters with key vendor partners

(e.g., Aktana, Veeva, potentially others)

Skills

10+ years relevant work experience

Relevant project management / agile / scrum / SAFe certifications

Proven ability to solve problems creatively

Working knowledge of agile methodology, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban, to deliver solutions

Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices

Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle

Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

Excellent people and project management skills

Strong communication and presentation skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Pharma / biotech industry experience is a plus

Knowledge of pharma medical affairs is a plus

General knowledge of AI/ML driven technology is a plus
