• Assist, and work with customer to deliver the services.
• Manage resources that are assigned for SCA and provide good customer support
• Work with vendors to deliver the services and conduct meeting periodically to align the business needs.
• Help and co-ordination with managers with their day-to-day responsibilities.
• Manage System and command center operations for the IT projects.
• Delegate tasks and activities to team members and supervise them on a day to day basis.
• Assists the Team for the administration and maintenance of the IT operations.
• Exposure to Cloud (Public & Private) environment
• Deep understanding of SLA tracking, KPI, Management Reporting is essential
• Strong knowledge in Information security , Compliance and IT Laws adoption
• Document all system processes and emergency procedures.
