IT MANAGER ASIA
Our client is seeking to hire an experienced and dynamic IT Manager to join our team. As the IT Manager the ideal candidate will oversee information technology systems ensuring seamless operations maintenance and security. Their role involves managing IT infrastructure troubleshooting technical issues and collaborating with a diverse team spread across different locations.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Lead the installation configuration and maintenance of computer hardware operating systems and applications.
Direct communication with company employees for system setup and resolution of IT issues.
Take charge of troubleshooting system and network problems diagnosing and resolving faults.
Oversee setup and onboarding of new user accounts including induction of new employees into the
Companys IT systems.
Provide comprehensive onsite and remote support for Company employees.
Drive the successful rollout of new applications and implement security improvements.
Create internal timelines and procedures to resolve callouts and emergencies.
Proactively monitor security risks and threats collaborating with company management on ongoing security protocol development.
Test and evaluate new technology making recommendations for system enhancement.
Conduct electrical safety checks on computer systems/equipment.
Interface with thirdparty specialists/vendors as required.
Stay updated on everchanging software and operating systems.
Conduct training sessions for employees on Microsoft Office 365 applications including Outlook Excel Word Teams and SharePoint.
Manage company licenses in collaboration with Company management.
Oversee IT supplies/stock management and place orders as needed.
Maintain and update the inventory of IT assets coordinating with Company management for new equipment or replacements.
Address queries from employees and management.
Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data as assigned.
Supervise and provide training to junior team members.
QUALIFICATIONS
Degree in Information Technology / Information Systems or Computer Sciences
Computer networking and hardware.
Strong general IT skills.
Working knowledge of administrator functions in Office 365 including Azure and SharePoint.
Working knowledge of Office 365 applications.
Microsoft Power Automate would be advantageous.
