Job Description:
- Assist users in determining appropriate software solutions to meet needs.
- Develop and provide user training for basic hardware and software use.
- Provide backup technical support for the network including router firewall and wireless access point.
- Maintains open communication and positive working relationship with staff.
- Assist and support our remote project staff.
- Provide backup support in the absence of support personnel.
- Assist and maintain inventory records and documentation for equipment
Qualification & Experience:
- Fresh Graduate
- Masters or bachelor
Essential Skills:
- Basic Networking
