- Provide technical support to end-users on hardware, software, and network-related issues. Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, servers, network devices, and peripherals. Ensure proper functioning and performance of IT infrastructure components.
- Monitor IT systems, network traffic, and server performance. Identify and address potential security vulnerabilities, system errors, and performance bottlenecks.
- Assist in the planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT projects and initiatives. Collaborate with IT team members and stakeholders to achieve project objectives and timelines.
- Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures. Update technical documentation, user manuals, and knowledge base articles as needed.
- Perform routine system upgrades, patches, and maintenance tasks. Ensure compliance with software licensing agreements and security protocols.
- Manage user accounts, access permissions, and security settings. Implement user authentication, password policies, and data encryption measures.
- Conduct regular backups of critical data and systems. Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and procedures to minimize data loss and downtime.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in IT management. Recommend and implement innovative solutions to enhance IT infrastructure and operations.
- Provide training and support to end-users on IT tools, systems, and security awareness. Conduct workshops, seminars, or one-on-one sessions as needed.
