Job responsibilities:
- Offer technical support to company staff and troubleshoot computer problems
- Support Media streaming and live streaming protocols ( RTMP, HLS, .. )
- Manage network switches, access points, servers, storages and other related tasks
- Administrate Office 365 work
- Troubleshoot and support issues of LAN, WAN, Internet, Servers and SIP phones
- Diagnose problems in company's laptops, PCs and Apple Macintosh
- Review diagnostics and assess the functionality and efficiency of systems
- Manage QNAP storage
- Any other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree of Computer science or equivalent.
- minimum 5 years of experience as an IT engineer.
- Solid knowledge of the active directory ( DNS, DHCP, VLAN, VOIP, TCP/IP )
- Flexibility
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work in rotation shifts
