IT Business Analyst

• Analyze data to derive meaningful insights and support decisionmaking processes.
  

• Collaborate with data teams to define data requirements and ensure data quality.
  

1. Solution Assessment:
   

• Evaluate proposed solutions against business requirements.
  

• Contribute to testing and validation processes to ensure successful implementation.
  

1. ProblemSolving:
   

• Identify and analyze business problems offering strategic and practical solutions.
  

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address challenges.
  

1. Documentation and Reporting:
   

• Create and maintain project documentation including requirements specifications and progress reports.
  

• Present findings and recommendations to project teams and stakeholders.
  

1. Website Strategy:
   

• Develop and communicate a clear strategy for the website in alignment with overall business goals.
  

• Stay informed about industry trends competitor websites and emerging technologies.
  

1. Feature Prioritization for Website:
   

• Prioritize website features and enhancements based on business value user feedback and market trends.
  

• Collaborate with design and development teams to define user stories and requirements.
  

1. User Experience (UX):
   

• Advocate for a seamless and positive user experience on the website.
  

• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create user flows wireframes and design mockups.
  

Requirements

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration Information Technology or a related field.
   

1. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
   

1. Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
   

1. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
   

1. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
   

1. Familiarity with project management principles.Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies.
