IoT Support Trainee

WHAT ARE WE HIRING
We are looking for an Trainee to join our Customer Support Team! You will collaborate in a positive team environment to learn how to provide outstanding customer service. This position is for a professional traineeship and will be remunerated with a stipend.

WHAT WILL YOU DO

• Learn how to be the point of contact for IoT support and sales teams;
• Learn how to take responsibility over generating and monitoring technical support tickets;
• Develop documentation of support processes and procedures;
• Learn how to train local support teams commercial teams and customers in need;
• Apply your knowledge of electrical systems products components and applications;
• Develop strong working relationships with the customer success research and business development teams;
• Integrate an Innovative Company with a great team spirit and in which you will be able to learn and present your ideas.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR

• Degree or Masters Degree (could be currently studying) in Electronics Engineering Information technology or similar;
• Someone with interest in the study of software hardware network interface configuration and IoT devices;
• Someone with interest in working as a support technician and with customer service;
• Someone with a creative and innovative mindset;
• Eligibility for IEFP internship;
• Bilingual with English;
• Based in Portugal Lisbon district

Location: Office at Nova SBE (Hybrid)
