About the Company
Our client is asocial commerce platform where users can invite their friends to form groups to receive discounts from suppliers of fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) products. They are anIndonesian social commerce app for group buying which means they help connect like-minded individuals who want to buy the same products at a discounted price. THey launched in March 2020 (just as COVID-19 hit Indonesia!) and have been exponentially growing since then. A year later, in March 2021, they successfully raised their Series A round of funding worth US$10 Million led by Go Venturesand Series B US$ 20M in July 2022. They focus on selling fresh produce and fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) in areas outside of Indonesias major cities, to people who have mostly never shopped online before. Their buyers are able to place orders directly through their app, participating in group deals for lower prices.
Job Descriptions:
- Meeting with the development team to discuss user interface ideas and applications.
- Reviewing application requirements and interface designs.
- Identifying web-based user interactions.
- Developing and implementing highly responsive user interface components using react concepts.
- Troubleshooting interface software and debugging application codes.
- Developing and implementing front-end architecture to support user interface concepts.
- Monitoring and improving front-end performance.
- Documenting application changes and developing updates.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a similar field.
- Previous experience working as a react.js developer.
- In-depth knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and front-end languages.
- Knowledge of REACT tools including React.js, Webpack, Enzyme, Redux, and Flux.
- Experience with user interface design.
- Experience with browser-based debugging and performance testing software.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills.
- Good project management skills.
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirement
