We are delighted to announce a compelling opportunity within our dynamic team for the position of International Talent Acquisition Specialist. As an ideal addition to our Recruitment Team you will seamlessly integrate your relevant recruitment experience energy and language proficiency. Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with the Recruitment Team to achieve their biweekly goals and ensuring the contentment of various internal stakeholders.
Primarily your focus will be on sourcing attracting recruiting and hiring talent for our languagespecific B2B PreSales Agents (or Business Development Representatives). Their primary responsibility is to generate leads through phonebased cold calling to companies in their respective markets.
Tasks
- Source screen and interview potential candidates using innovative and effective recruiting methods.
- Coordinate and manage the endtoend recruitment process ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Participate in internal recruitment processes.
- Play an active part in onboarding new BNZSA employees.
- Being a BNZSA Brand Ambassador aligning oneself with corporate interest uphold BNZSAs four core values and set a leadership example.
Requirements
Minimum requirements:
- Fluent English (written and oral) is a must.
- Fluency in Dutch German French or Spanish.
- Min. 12 years of recruitment experience preferably in a fastpaced international environment.
Nicetohaves:
- Good command of any other language is considered a plus.
- A bachelors degree or equivalent is a plus
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is a plus.
- Knowledge of international recruitment practices is an advantage.
- Experience in sales cold calling or a similar field.
Other relevant qualities:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive and resourceful with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
