With our Smart Health Platform, we first created a technically secure and solid foundation on which to build our innovative digital healthcare solutions. Thanks to this technical basis, the application, expansion and development possibilities are enormous. We are planning a lot and have many ideas and points of contact. We are currently concentrating on the digitalization of everyday hospital life, holistic patient communication and extensive relief and support for medical staff.

Tasks

  • You will lead and develop our technical customer support team; in addition to the professional and personal development of our employees both individually and as a team, you will deploy them according to their skills
  • You will be responsible for ensuring the operation of the IT infrastructure and internal IT support, as well as cybersecurity and data security
  • You will development our internal IT support and the IT infrastructure internationally / across locations
  • You will be responsible for the analysis and control of internal IT workflows, as well as troubleshooting and ensuring an optimal operational process in support
  • You will be resosible for the processing of malfunctions, in particular handling of problems that occur with external service providers (providers, software manufacturers, etc.)
  • You will ensure cybersecurity to minimize security risks, develop data protection measures and secure the company networks and servers, as well as smooth collaboration at a distance

Requirements

  • Experience in leading and building teams (remote/virtual and cross-site).
  • Fun in the further development of teams and processes
  • Completed training or studies in the IT field
  • At least three years of professional experience in IT support
  • Technical affinity as well as enthusiasm for digital health solutions
  • Experience with cloud services (Office365), Jira, Cloud Server, Telekom Cloud (nice to have), private cloud management and monitoring
  • Experience with networks, databases (Mongo DB, SQL, etc.), and Linux (required for troubleshooting)
  • Knowledge of application licensing, certificate management, and software update management
  • Proficient with Windows and Mac operating systems, as well as Android and iOS
  • Strong communication skills and high customer orientation
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is a mandatory requirement
