Internal Audit Lead

Internal Audit LeadOB PURPOSE

The Internal Audit Lead conducts operational audits as per the audit plan and documents all

the findings and results in the draft audit report. This role collaborates with cross-functional

teams and process owners across all regions to evaluate internal controls in different cycles and

ensure the observations are resolved, enhance operational efficiency, and mitigate risks.

Qualifications And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or other relevant professional certifications is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of auditing principles, techniques, and methodologies.
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment.
• 5-8 years of experience in internal or external audit (preferably Big-4 firms).
• Experience in retail operations is a plus.
