Internal Audit Executive

We are looking to hire an Internal Audit Executive for one of our clients in Colombo.

Requirements

• Intermediary qualification of CA Sri Lanka/ACCA/CIMA
• Bachelors Degree in Commerce or Management from a recognized university will be an added advantage
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the field of Audit/Internal Audit
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills (Verbal and written)

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct a risk assessment of the organization and processes and assist in developing the internal audit plan
• Analyze processes conduct risk assessments and develop audit programs
• Conduct process reviews evaluate risks and controls
• Carry out testing of existing controls
• Prepare internal audit reports
• Conduct exit meetings and validate findings and recommendations
• Gather management responses and finalize internal audit reports
• Prepare and conduct presentations to the Audit Committee
• Ensure periodic followups are being done
