Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial transactions and accounting activities for our hotel operations
- Prepare financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall business objectives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the hotel sector
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
