Responsibilities:
• Supporting DCRB/IRB submissions
• Giving technical advice regarding the raised Demands
• Cost estimates & budget tracking
• Continual services improvement
• Review and assess new Office IT Infrastructure demands
• Supports the integration of services and ensures the delivery of long-term goals, Infra projects budget tracking
• Defines, documents and aligns action plans for defined projects
• Builds a bridge between Service Delivery, Service Planning and technical team
• New SSO portal accountability (reporting and privacy)
