Service Description: Provides direct medical care and treatment to patients under the supervision of a licensed Collects and records a complete medical history and develop an individualized treatment Provides education in a manner that enhances one to learn about their disease or chronic Skilled in planning and organizing Manages time appropriately to complete multiple job tasks efficiently and at times simultaneously, which includes delivering direct patient care, managing questions from nursing staff, and completing queue work in the electronic health Maintains knowledge of quality control, management, and assurance
