What will you do

• Help our Software Engineers to find new projects within AgileEngine
  

• Connect outstanding requests with matching opportunities and support them through the whole process (e.g. help our Engineers to find a part-time Project or a Mentor within the company)
  

• Collaborate with other departments to achieve our goals
  

• Create well-structured, neat, engaging, and informative resumes according to the company s guidelines
  

• Keep track of available talent and job opportunities
  

Must haves

• You worked or passed courses in IT Recruitment or HR
  

• 1+ years of prior experience in IT company
  

• Highly developed listening and communication skills
  

• You are an energetic, proactive, and very well-organized person
  

• Upper-Intermediate level of English and above
  

• Great attention to detail
  

Nice to haves

• You are comfortable with working in a fast-changing environment
  

• You have strong GTD skills
